REFUND POLICY

There are absolutely NO refunds. All membership subscriptions can be canceled at any time after the three-month required commitment fee with no penalties.  Monthly fees are non-refundable.  Once cancellation of deactivation of your membership has been received in writing (with at least 14 days notice), your account will remain active till the end of your billing cycle.  It is the member/Agent’s responsibilty to download/export/copy any of their own client database files.  Once the billing period has ended there will be no exceptions and the information will be removed from our system.

Delivery Method

Instant basic activation, email notification, and full activation within 3 business days from receipt of 1) Payment 2) Signed Agreement 3) W9 Form and 4) Direct Deposit form.  Initial enrollment fee plus 3 month commitment is included with initial payment.
